3. Original Artwork Purchases
Original artworks displayed as available are subject to availability.
To purchase an artwork, please contact me through the website or at marti@martimeier.com.
The artwork price and any applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before payment.
An artwork is considered sold once payment has been received and confirmed.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
4. Shipping
Original artworks are shipped from Genoa, Italy.
Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination, size, weight, and
packaging requirements of each artwork and will be communicated before purchase.
Estimated delivery times are provided when available but may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs
of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be assessed.
5. Returns & Consumer Rights
Returns and cancellation rights, where applicable, are handled in accordance
with applicable consumer protection laws.
Certain products, including personalised or custom-made works, may be excluded
from cancellation or return rights where permitted by law.
