Hello

I'm Marti Meier — artist, illustrator, and someone who decided not to stop.

I grew up surrounded by people who transform things into beauty:

my mother paints, my sister shapes how people look, my father loved photography. I never stood a chance at an ordinary life.

After fifteen years as a professional photographer in Chile, becoming a mother changed everything. I put down the camera and picked up a

brush — out of clarity, not loss. I wanted to create something fully mine.

That's when Marti Meier Studio was born.

In 2025, my partner and I moved to Italy. New country, new chapter,

same conviction.

My work lives between abstract painting and illustration.

Painting is where I feel most alive — texture, color, the quiet

complexity of things.

My photography background still shapes how I see light, composition,

and atmosphere. I'm currently developing my own children's book projects, where storytelling and imagery finally come together.

​

I work with brands, editorial projects, and collectors worldwide

and one of the things I love most is the people this work brings into my life.
