Since Chile is far from many of my customers, I recommend contacting me first if you’d like to purchase a physical artwork. This way, I can calculate the shipping cost accurately before you place an order.

To keep your piece in the best condition:

• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

• Keep it in a dry place, away from humidity.

• If framed, use UV-protected glass for extra preservation.

Yes! I still create them on demand. You can text me, and we can work together to create the perfect, personalized gift!

Since each piece is unique, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork or custom pieces. Digital and custom work, once accepted, are non-refundable. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and I'll do my best to assist.
